Parent Accounts

New User Registration and Edulink Intouch links are located on the left navigation bar of school websites.  TylerElementary School: http://tyleres.schools.pwcs.edu/

For Tyler families, if you need assistance with your SchoolFusion account, please contact Ms. Massey at masseysl@pwcs.edu
For assistance with Edulink Intouch, please contact
Ms. Raine at rainegg@pwcs.edu

Please read the following instructions before you proceed.

All previously-existing separate SchoolFusion and Edulink accounts were deleted by the central office of PWCS during the summer of 2009. Your old user ID and password will no longer work.

Passcode

Before you proceed, you should have a SchoolFusion Passcode (PIN) Number printed on a standard PWCS letter that you picked up from your student's school. Every student has a unique Passcode; if you have more than one child in PWCS, you will need to visit each of their schools to pick up their unique Passcodes. You should only need to do this once for your child's enrollment in PWCS.

In order to pick up the Passcode, you will need a current and valid government-issued photo ID that displays your full legal name as it appears in school registration records. You must be a legal, authorized custodial guardian to obtain the Passcode.

Creating Your Account

Once you have obtained the passcodes for your student(s), you can proceed to account creation. You will select a unique User ID and password. Be sure to select something that you will not forget, but that is secure.

Please be sure to carefully enter your correct email address. (If you later forget your password, it can be emailed to the address you enter.) This address will also be used by teachers who send communications to families and student.

Do not share your user ID or password with anyone, including your student(s).

Unlike old Edulink accounts, the new consolidated SchoolFusion-Edulink system allows parents and custodial legal guardians additional privileges and access that may not be appropriate for an individual student.

Once You Have an Account

To sign in to SchoolFusion, simply visit www.tyler.schoolfusion.us
and use the User Login area on the far left.

To sign in to Edulink, click "Edulink InTouch" on the far left and enter your User ID and Password. (The User ID and Password is the same for both areas.)

To Add Students to Accounts You Create (NEW)
1.       If you have not already done so, log into SchoolFusion using your User ID and Password using the log-in area on the left side of this screen.
2.       On left hand side (under the gray calendar) find "My Family" and click on it.
3.       Click on "Add Your Student."
4.       The screen will prompt you to enter your student's ID number and passcode.
Click submit.

Student Accounts

Student accounts are automatically created within 48 hours of the time of a student's enrollment.

Your User ID is your complete Permanent Student Identification Number. This can be found on the top of your course schedule.

Your default Password is your eight digit date of birth, formatted MMDDYYYY. You must include leading zeroes and use a four-digit year.

For example, a birth date of April 5, 1980 would be typed 04051980.

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your Password. Be sure to select something that you will not forget, but that is secure.

Please be sure to carefully enter your correct email address. (If you later forget your password, it can be emailed to the address you enter.) This address will also be used by teachers who send communications to families and student.

Do not share your user ID or password with anyone.

To sign in to SchoolFusion, simply visit www.BattlefieldHighSchool.org (where you are now) and use the log-in area on the far left.

To sign in to Edulink, click "Edulink InTouch" on the far left and enter your User ID and Password. (The User ID and Password is the same for both areas.)

Students should not attempt to create a new account; all student accounts are created by the system. If you need assistance with your Permanent Student Identification Number, contact your School Counselor.

Legal Information

SchoolFusion-Edulink accounts at Battlefield High School contain strictly personal information concerning students and families. Only persons who are officially recorded in SASI, the Guidance Department's "master" information computer, as authorized to access information will be provided with such access. The school is obligated by the 1974 Family Education Rights and Privacy Act to maintain this strict standard to prohibit illicit disclosure, which is held in full compliance with the Freedom of Information Acts and Virginia Code. In order to ensure that only authorized parties can create and access a SchoolFusion-Edulink account, a parent/guardian must appear in person at the school with a valid government-issued photo ID to obtain a student's Passcode. (State-issued driver's license, US armed forces ID card, etc.) Privately-issued or non-photographic IDs do not meet the standard established under the county's guidelines ensuring compliance with FERPA.

The school will make every attempt to issue these passcodes at the time of new student registration and/or at Back to School Nights. The school values the convenience and time of our community.

If you need to update or discuss school records, please contact the Guidance Office at 571.261.4611.

We take our commitment and Federal obligation to maintaining confidentiality, and the welfare of our students, very seriously. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
